Women's Tantra

* The class will be held in German and/or English, depending on the needs of participants. Some practices may be guided in English only. 
** I will be teaching this workshop from my embodied experience as a cis gender heterosexual woman. 

The Experience 

Join me for a transformative day designed to celebrate and nurture the feminine essence in you and in existence itself. 

In a world where spirituality and self-development is often dominated by masculine principles like meditation and goal-oriented practices, we tend to oversee and forget the gifts we inherent to experience life as a woman. I would like to show you a different way! Deeply embodied, tantric and feminine. 

Understanding and honoring your uniqueness as a woman is a path to your erotic and emotional fulfillment, an aceess to the vibrancy of life and to the abundance of your joy, ease and pleasure. 

You will get the opportunity to have an embodied experience of the power & radiance that comes forth as you reconnect with the gifts of your emotions, sensuality, female anatomy, cyclic wisdom, beauty, love and devotion. 

The day will be a mix of dicourses, active and interactive methods & meditations as well as group sharings. You will be taking home new tools & methods for everyday life, an embodied understanding of tantra & a greater awareness of who you are and want to be as a woman. 

Please bring with you:
- something you feel comfortable in to move
- a notebook & pen
- water bottle
- perhaps a change of clothes

CHRISTA DENZ

Christa Denz is a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, Meditation Teacher and a Tantra Practitioner trained with the Embodied Awakening Academy and in study with Tantra Essence (by Ma Ananda Sarita). 

A severe burnout and depression led Christa from a thriving career as a Human Resources Manager on a path of healing & discovery of what it truly means to be fully alive as a human being. Eager for embodied wisdom how to cultivate resources to live a healthy, aligned & vibrant life, she was delving deep into the realms of self-development, spirituality, and healing over the past six years. She studied a wide range of energy and bodywork modalities, mediation, breathwork, and tantra.

Fueled by her own personal transformation, it became Christa’s biggest passion and joy to help others to reclaim and reconnect with their birthright – to take up space as authentic, empowered, alive, open-hearted and sexually awakened human beings. Her gift lies in creating empowered and sacred spaces, where people feel safe to drop from the mind into the body, remember innate wisdom and increase the bandwidth of the nervous system, to embrace all of what it means to be human with more ease and grace – the joy, the mess, the pleasure, the pain, and everything in between.
