Join me for a grounding Sound Meditation, designed to calm your mind, release tension, and restore your energy. We’ll begin with 5–10 minutes of gentle meditation and breathwork, helping you arrive fully in the present moment, center yourself, and prepare for deep relaxation. ✨

After the meditation, you’ll be carried by the immersive vibrations of the soundbath, featuring crystal bowls and other healing instruments. These soothing sounds guide you into a meditative state of harmony, allowing stress to melt away and your inner balance to be restored. 🎶💫

This combination of breath and sound will help you reset your nervous system, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with your true self. 🧘‍♀️

What to Bring:

• An eye mask or something to block out light for a deeper inner journey

• Comfortable, loose clothing

• A bottle of water to stay hydrated after the session
