These sessions are for you.

Twice a week, I hold a gentle, deeply nourishing Yin & Restorative Yoga space online, allowing you to slow down, soften, and release everything you’ve been carrying—from the comfort of your own home. No rushing to a studio. No pressure. Just you, your breath, and a safe space to land.

These sessions are intentionally slow, grounding, and healing. Expect:

  • Long, supported postures to melt tension

  • Nervous-system-calming breathwork

  • Deep emotional and physical release

  • A feeling of being held, even through the screen

Right now, these sessions are offered online because I am traveling between Bali and India, immersing myself in practice, study, and spiritual nourishment. Even while moving between these sacred lands, it is deeply important to me to stay connected with you and to continue holding space for your wellbeing.
