Your hosts Adarsha Kelley, a longtime art administrator from Edinburgh, Scotland and Jwalanta Völckner from Munich introduce you into the practice and theory of meditation in a very enjoyable and clear way. Both meditate under the guidance of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy for over 40 years.
A variety of effective but simple meditation techniques will enable you to unwind from stress, clear your mind and boost self-confidence. You will find the meditation technique that suits you best to start a daily meditation routine.
As one of the highlights of this workshop, Adarsha, a gifted spiritual singer, will introduce you to the benefits of listening to and singing or chanting meditation music.
