Whether you're single, dating, in a relationship or simply curious about yourself, LOVE & LUNCH is an intimate 3.5-hour experience designed to help you understand yourself more deeply and explore how you show up in love.

Because love isn't only about finding the right person.

It's also about understanding yourself.

Join Civan & Gillian for a morning of self-discovery, reflection and embodiment, followed by a delicious lunch together.

Through a playful combination of numerology, self-reflection, mindful practices, breathwork and meditation, you'll explore your personal Love Blueprint and discover more about:

Together, we'll explore a deeper question:

Who have I become in love and who do I want to become?

Through guided reflection and embodiment, we'll move from simply recognising patterns toward experiencing what it can feel like to relate to yourself and others with greater awareness.

10:30–12:30 | Understand Yourself in Love

A guided journey through numerology, relationship patterns, identity, self-reflection and embodiment.

You'll explore your personal Love Blueprint, recognise recurring patterns and connect more deeply with what you need and desire in relationships and love.

This is where your existing workshop structure becomes useful. The workshop was already conceived as a progression from Discover → Notice → Rewrite → Embody → Open, rather than numerology as an isolated teaching.

12:30–14:00 | Lunch & Connection

We'll finish with lunch, conversation and connection.

No forced networking. No awkward small talk.

Just good food, meaningful conversations and time to connect with the people you've shared the experience with.

Continue a conversation. Share what you've discovered. Meet someone new. Or simply enjoy being together.

You'll also receive a free integration gift to help you reflect on and integrate the experience after the workshop.

Civan — Pattern & Numerology Coach

Civan uses numerology as a language for self-reflection, helping people recognise their natural tendencies, recurring patterns and inner dynamics — and explore how these may influence the way they experience themselves, relationships and love.

His work treats numbers as mirrors rather than fixed labels or predictions, creating space for reflection, awareness and deeper self-understanding. This is consistent with how you've formally defined your practice.

Gillian — Sex, Love & Relationship Coach

With over six years of experience, Gillian supports clients in exploring wellness, intimacy, relationships, desire and connection, helping them build more conscious and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

Together, Civan and Gillian bring complementary perspectives: exploring both the patterns you carry and how you experience connection, intimacy and love.

I particularly like that final sentence. It gives people a reason for why the two of you are doing this together.
