A Night to Let Go | Breathe & Nourish
Your body has been holding on, this is your night to let it go.
Through conscious connected breathwork, yoga nidra and sound, we'll move together from activation into deep rest. This is a space to soften, to meet what's there without judgment and to come back to yourself.
No experience necessary, just come as you are, ready to breathe, release and rest.

- Yoga nidra (also called Yogic Sleep) for deep, restorative relaxation
- Sound healing to support integration and stillness
Date: October 16, 2026
Time: 19:30 – 21:30
What to wear: Please come in comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely.
