We’re used to communicating through words, but our bodies hold an entire language of their own. This event invites you to explore what it feels like to embody, express, and listen through movement.
We’ll begin by pulling a card, allowing its message or imagery to guide you into a practice of free and expressive movement. You’ll have the chance to articulate the card’s energy, explore how it lives in your body, and discover what it reveals.
After the movement session, we’ll shift into journaling to capture insights, sensations, and reflections. We’ll then gather in a supportive group space to share (only if you wish) and witness one another’s experiences.
This event is perfect for creative minds, intuitive beings, and anyone curious about new ways of communicating with themselves—beyond words, and through embodiment. No experience needed, all are welcome!
