As autumn approaches, we invite you to dance with all of yourself—the light, the shadow, the wild, and the tender. Let the music move you, give your feelings space, and connect through movement. Follow your body’s impulses, from quiet moments to full expression. Come as you are, with nothing to perform and every part of you welcome.

✨ First time joining us? A limited number of discounted tickets are available. Valid once per person.

Out of respect for everyone’s time and experience, please arrive early enough to check in, settle down, and be ready for the opening circle. We may wait up to 5 minutes at most, but please plan to be on time.

Sound Healing by Alice and András
We use instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, drum, and gentle voice, along with palo santo or sage for energetic cleansing. These vibrations support release, grounding, and guide you back into inner harmony.
