If unsure, consult your doctor and contact Petra in advance. You will be asked to confirm suitability on arrival.

Petra Peyer is a 400-hour certified Breathwork Facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) and founder of Breath of My Life. She offers group and 1:1 breathwork around Lake Zurich and online.
