- Jamilah, 200hrs certified meditation teacher and sound facilitator who helps to bring relaxation and calmess to your busy mind.
- Nadja Naomi is a 200hrs certified Yin and Vinyasa yoga teacher who offers a guided self love program for women.
What to Bring:
- An eye mask or something to block out the light for your inner journey
- Comfortable, loose clothing
