Each participant will receive a small handoutt with the words to each song, making it easy to follow along and immerse yourself fully in the experience.
We’ll wrap up the session with a deeply relaxing soundbath and a grounding meditation, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered. 🧘♀️🌿
