Your day — 10:30 to 16:00
🌅Morning The day opens with an ice breaker to connect with your group and instructor. A guided breathing meditation helps you set your intentions. A first theory block covers the three pillars of the WHM, followed by your first cold exposure exercise. A strength yoga session builds mobility and warmth – working directly with the breath. Throughout the day, pH strips let you measure your own acid-base balance in real time.
🥗Lunch break Light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own food.
🔥Afternoon A deeper, more focused breathing meditation prepares you concretely for what comes next. A second theory block covers the science of cold and its effects on body and mind. You'll learn the horse stance, visualise the ice bath across its three phases (preparation, execution, warm-up) and then step in. The day closes with a group debrief and a short sitting meditation around 16:00.
Your instructor
Dominique Andereggen is a Wim Hof Level 2 Certified instructor. He builds a safe, structured framework so you can expand your limits sustainably – at your own pace, with full guidance every step of the way.
Language
The workshop is held in English – intermediate level is all you need. Dominique is also fluent in German and Swiss German, so he's happy to translate anything on the spot.
