At cycera, we believe in practices that honour your cycle. The luteal phase invites softer, more restorative movement — and a sound bath offers exactly that: a gentle, passive practice to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.

No need to be in your luteal phase to join. Take the practice with you and return to it whenever you need.
