Equipment & Requirements
- An open soul, a voice that wants to learn to thrive.
- Comfortable clothes for the inside, warm and comfortable clothes for the outside.
- Water bottle, lunch and something to take notes.
- No Coffee from 10.00h on, as caffeine influences the brainwaves for Breathwork.
Place / Studio
The Workshop is in O-Tone-Studio, Gallusstrasse 4, 8006 Zurich. The studio is 15 Minutes by feet from Zurich Main Station.
