You’ll have the chance to meet your fellow students in a cozy, fun, and amazing atmosphere - with a view of the Bernese Alps! - and starting the semester with the right energy. There you can also pick your ESNcard (please buy the right ticket category via Eventfrog) to benefit from upcoming events & partnership discounts and more! REGISTRATION: Will be opened on Friday, the 11th of September at 18:00. Get your ticket on Eventfrog!
WHERE: University of Bern, Main Entrance Hall at Hochschulstrasse 4, 3012 Bern.
WHEN: The event takes place on Thursday, 17th of September from 18:00 to 21:30.
PRICES:
- Welcome Apéro entry: FREE
Buying the ticket on Eventfrog is MANDATORY! The ticket includes some LIMITED snacks amd drinks (make sure to come early).
- Welcome Apéro entry + ESNcard: 15 CHF
Everything that is included in the free ticket + a physical ESNcard that gets you discounts on our further events and more! Further info at www.esncard.org .

Refund policy
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden.
Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
