Before diving into the different personality types, you'll take a personality assessment to discover your own dominant style.
You'll learn more about:
• How you naturally communicate
• What motivates and demotivates you
• How you make decisions
• How others may perceive you
• What happens to your style when you're under pressure
• Your natural strengths and potential blind spots
You may recognize yourself more than you'd like. 😜
👀 Then: Learn to decode OTHER people
Once you understand yourself, things get even more interesting.

It can be surprisingly useful both socially and professionally.

We'll have some fun with what we've learned through interactive games, including trying to identify different personality styles, looking at famous personalities, and getting to know some of the people in the room.
You might even start wondering:
"What personality type is the person sitting next to me?" 👀
🍕And then… optional - Pizza Together!
After all that personality decoding, those who want to can continue the evening at a restaurant for pizza just downstairs
No personality analysis required. 😜
Just an opportunity to relax, chat and get to know some of the people you've just spent the evening learning how to understand!
