Theme: “SELF LOVE CACAO + ECSTATIC DANCE”
SELF LOVE is not about fixing yourself or forcing positivity. It is an invitation to meet yourself as you are — with honesty, tenderness, curiosity and play.
Together, we’ll share cacao and explore playful connection exercises that help us soften, laugh and feel more at home with ourselves and each other.
Then we take it into movement. Through Ecstatic Dance, you are free to listen to your body, express what is alive and celebrate the person you already are.
Come alone or with friends. No pressure to perform — just bring your real self. 💜
🎨 PLEASE BRING
• A few sheets of paper or a sketchbook
• Something to draw or write with — pencil, pen, markers or crayons
• Your water bottle
• Your own cup for cacao
• Comfortable clothes for moving and dancing
Nothing fancy is needed — bring whatever you already have at home.

✨ First time joining us? A limited number of discounted tickets are available. Valid once per person.

Sound Healing by Alice and András
We usually close with a short sound healing to rest and settle after the dance. We follow the energy of the evening and our intuition, so sometimes we may close in a different way.
