This spring, Women in Data Science Zürich invites you to two flagship events featuring inspiring speakers from industry, academia, research labs, startups, public institutions and beyond. Expect fresh perspectives from people who work with data and AI in very different ways.

11 May 2026 – Humans + Data: Empowering Skills and Shaping Careers
Location: On Labs, Zurich
Time: 16:00–20:30
A hands-on pre-conference event focused on the human side of working with data and AI. As technology accelerates, skills, judgment, adaptability, communication and ethical reasoning are becoming just as crucial as technical depth. This event creates space to develop them in real conversations.

You can look forward to:

• An expert panel on bias in data and ethical decision-making
• Practical workshops on AI fairness auditing, career planning in the AI era and advanced data skills
• Extended mentorship sessions with experienced practitioners

Our 8th annual conference explores “The Future of Data Science: From Trends to Impact.” It is a full-day program packed with insights from leaders shaping the next decade of data and AI.
