Breathe deeply, move your body, quiet your mind and let sound wash over you. In this yoga class we start with gentle breathwork, followed by soft yoga, and finish with a soothing sound bath.

The Yoga Club’s mission is to share the love of yoga and make it truly accessible — so this class is priced far lower than most studios. Come as you are, all levels welcome.
