Maha Shakti Yoga & Meditation is an open and welcoming space to experience meditation, breath, movement, sound and inner stillness.
This class offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to a traditional form of Kundalini Yoga, rooted in ancient yogic teachings. It is more than physical exercise — it is a holistic science for body, mind and soul, supporting balance, clarity and inner connection in our modern, fast-paced world.
You do not need any previous experience. Each class stands on its own and is suitable for beginners as well as for those who already have a regular yoga or meditation practice.
Kundalini is described as the spiritual energy within every human being — the dormant potential that lies within us. Through meditation, breath awareness, conscious movement and inner stillness, this energy may gradually awaken and support inner transformation, emotional balance and expanded awareness.
The practice supports you in reconnecting with your body, regulating your nervous system and harmonising your energy. Participants are gently guided towards greater clarity, inner peace and self-realisation.

Deepening the Journey
For those who feel called to go deeper, the regular Maha Shakti Yoga classes may also become the first step into a wider spiritual journey.
Which may later open the door to further practices such as kundalini diksha / shaktipat, chakra activation, advanced courses and deeper spiritual immersions.
The regular class can also simply be enjoyed as a grounding, meditative yoga experience — exactly as you are, exactly where you are.
