GAGA /people class + dance rave

Gaga/people (1h) classes offer a framework for users to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.

The Dance Rave (45m) is an extension of the Gaga/people class. Participants dance together in our own safe dance club — a search for and journey into pleasure. Inspired by club culture and somatic practice, we will explore the act of raving, connecting to the music’s beat and our inner beat, and the relationship between groove, rhythm, and imagination. Each session includes a cool down.

No previous dance experience needed — only curiosity and a willingness to move.
