Join us on our terrace for a morning of movement and nourishment! We are kicking things off with a dynamic Pilates mat class designed to get you moving and feeling strong. Expect a full-body burn combining strength, mobility and that mindful flow that makes Pilates so powerful. We'll keep the energy high with smooth transitions, core-focused work and just the right amount of challenge.
After the class, we will stay on the terrace to indulge in a delicious breakfast together. We'll be serving fiber and protein-rich overnight oats with our power granola, fresh fruit, and a fruit compote, alongside sourdough Mediterranean buns with cream cheese and mini cinnamon rolls. To top it all off, enjoy your choice of a matcha or coffee in the fresh air.
