Ariane (@polyglomedy) is a Brussels-based language nerd with a dream of doing comedy in every single EU language. So far she’s at 9 (and counting!). Between grammar jokes in Romanian, political commentary in Hungarian, she has proven that even German can be funny.
Erica Jean (@ericahatesfun) is an unlikely American polyglot who spent 15 years living in various countries across Asia realizing she needed to know where the bus was going. She has performed in 7 languages in 26 countries where audiences describe her witty and quirky comedy as “a breath of fresh air.”

Erica Jean (@ericahatesfun) is an unlikely American polyglot who spent 15 years living in various countries across Asia realizing she needed to know where the bus was going. Irene Carbo (@irenecarbogram) is an Italian comedian with a freshly minted Swiss passport, based in Lausanne. She performs in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, which sounds impressive until you realise she’s confused in all of them. Known for high-energy, sharp and slightly surreal comedy, she explores multilingualism, cultural contrast, and contemporary social dynamics. Seen across Switzerland and internationally, she performed at the Edinburgh Fringe 2025 and was recently selected for RTS’s Drôles de Femmes programme and the Morges-sous-Rire Festival.

The show is in English, but you'll hear jokes drawing from Hungarian, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Thai, Indonesian and more! (And don't worry, even if you only speak one, you'll be laughing in languages you didn't even know you understood!)
