We warmly invite you to a special day of meditation practice and spiritual teaching with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche.
This event offers an introduction to Shamatha–Vipassana meditation, focusing on cultivating calm abiding (shamatha) and insight (vipassana), followed by a Longevity Empowerment (Tse-Wang).
The program is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Rinpoche is internationally known for his clear, practical, and compassionate teaching style, making profound Buddhist principles accessible to modern life.
Participants will receive guidance on meditation, reflections on inner well-being, and the opportunity to receive the longevity empowerment. This event is open to everyone, regardless of prior meditation experience.
