Music from Nowhere

Music from Nowhere is a duo project led by guitarist, oud player, and composer Yurdal Çağlar, featuring Hogir Göregen, one of Berlin’s leading percussionists.

Their musical approach is based on improvisations, shaped by a rhythmic, highly dynamic, and thematic flow, enriched with a stylistic diversity that transcends geographical boundaries. With each performance, the group takes the audience on a unique journey.

While immersed in the mystical atmosphere of Middle Eastern maqams and existential reflections, you may suddenly find yourself carried away by the fiery rhythms of Latin music.
