Flaira Ferro was born in Recife, Brazil during carneval season in February 1990 and is known to be one of the most innovative female voices of Contemporary Brazilian Music.
Flairas career is highlighted by performances at renowned festivals and collaborations with leading Brazilian artists such as Chico Cesar, Amaro Freitas, Lenine and Elba Ramalho, turning her into one of the rising voices of Northeastern Brazilian music. During Recife Carneval 2026 she performed alongside Chico Cesar to an audience of 2.6 million people.
As a frevo dancer she has toured the world since ever since her early childhood. As a vocalist and dancer she toured Europe for the first time in 2023 playing 30 shows in 6 countries. After showcasing at WOMEX World Music Festival in Finland 2025 Flaira is now on Europe Summer Tour, together with her band!
