We do our best to provide a space that is physically and emotionally safe. Our facilitators are trained to support each participant to feel safer. At the same time we use our body and interact physically with other human beings, so just like every sport there is an element of risk in place.

Matteo Tangi is the founder of this embodiment practice. He works as a coach and therapist since 15 year, and it's dedicated to share Playfight in the world since almost a decade.
