💙Somatic Water Therapy - You were born from the water, so you can be rebirthed by the water.
Rhythmic, harmonious, undulating movements bring new impulses to the body's consciousness, helping to remind the body of a natural movement pattern. Treatment in water promotes a state of complete relaxation. Tensions, including those of a psychological nature, and emotional blockages can be softened. Breathing is stimulated and deepened, alternating with pauses under water. After initial relaxation on the surface of the water, it is possible to slowly and mindfully sink into the three-dimensional freedom under water. Under water, we can immerse ourselves in deep meditative states of relaxation. The breathing pause calms the mind, allowing us to experience a boundless space of stillness and peace. Finally, we feel rested, unconditionally loved, and safely held, so that we can birth ourselves anew.

🩵 Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS) guides breathers through waves of nourishing resourcing, expansive activation, and dynamic release to invite deep regulation of the nervous system. We ride the flow of breath and sensation to unlock the body's innate somatic healing power, unwinding stuck physical and emotional holding patterns into deep release and relaxation.

🤍Sound Healing - We deepen integration with a sound healing journey featuring the shakuhachi, the Japanese bamboo flute that evokes echoes of forest and sky, touching the soul with a poignant spaciousness known as Blowing Zen
