Morning Yoga Ritual

Start your day the right way, on our rooftop terrace in the heart of Zurich, Kreis 1. The Morning Yoga Ritual is a weekly outdoor yoga session designed for all levels, guided by experienced teachers Olesia and Sabine. No prior experience required, no performance pressure, just mindful movement, fresh air, and a community of people who choose to begin their morning with intention.

Every session runs for 60 minutes and is followed by a moment to connect with fellow participants at an optional brunch. A welcome drink is included in the ticket price.
