A Circle on Identity & Authentic Spaceholding for yoga teachers, facilitators and spaceholders to connect, reflect and grow together.
As practitioners and as spaceholders, we naturally step into many roles: teacher, healer, facilitator, student, leader, entrepreneur, caregiver. These identities help us navigate, and to a certain extent create the world, but over time we may begin to mistake the role for who we are beneath it.
This month's Circle is an invitation to inquire: Who am I beyond the roles I play? What stories shape the way I hold space? Which identities support my service, and which ones keep me from meeting others with openness and authenticity?

📍 Where: Stadionbrache Jurte
Please arrive at 16:55 at the entrance on Förrlibuckstrasse 236, so we can walk to the yurt together and begin on time.
👥 Who:
Open to yoga teachers, meditation guides, breathwork facilitators, mindfulness coaches, massage therapists, sound practitioners, coaches, therapists, and anyone holding space in the fields of wellbeing, healing, and personal growth.
