Rooftop Primal Moves & Alchemy:Rewire Pop-Up

The main focus of PRIMAL MOVES™ movement training practice is to:
Develop stability, strength, mobility, and excellent muscle tone through quadrupedal movements and dynamic physical maneuvers that replicate the locomotive characteristics of animals.
Enhancing Functional Movement
Primal Moves™ aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fundamental human movements such as crawling, walking, running, jumping, and climbing. The breath hold sequence drops cortisol, improves brain-heart coherence, and shifts you out of sympathetic overdrive before you move, so the body is actually ready to train rather than just going through the motions.
What is Alchemy:Rewire?
Other than typical hyperventilation breathwork, Alchemy: Rewire works with CO₂ tolerance and nervous system training.
Through specific breath hold sequences drawn from freediving science, you learn to sit with elevated carbon dioxide and train your nervous system to self-regulate.
The result is measurable —
- improved heart rate variability — your nervous system becomes more adaptable and stress-resilient
- stronger vagal tone — your body's ability to self-regulate and return to calm, faster
- brain-heart coherence — the state where emotional clarity and clear decision-making stop being things you have to work at

Cost of participation:
Sessions are offered on a sliding scale basis. Your ticket includes all equipment - please bring water & gloves if needed.
SUPPORTER TICKET: This ticket supports your own wellbeing and pays it forward. You meet your basic needs and have a stable financial situation. Paying this rate supports the facilitator and enables community access.
STANDARD TICKET: This ticket covers the cost of the session. You may have limited financial means, but meet your basic needs and have some expendable income.
LOW/NO INCOME: This subsidised, reduced ticket is offered on a limited basis. You face significant financial stress, are unemployed, struggling to meet your basic needs, or receiving government support.

What to bring:
- Ideally some training gloves if you have sensitive hands!
- Water bottle
- The willingness to get out of your head and into your body, and challenge yourself. Think less - move more :)
- You might get sweaty, so do make sure you come in some sort of training clothes.
The Session lasts 90 minutes total!
